Raymond Laskowski, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Ray is the founder and director of Family Resource Associates. Ray specializes in individual, couple's and family therapy.
With over thirty years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Fordham University School of Social Work, Ray is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are family systems and cognitive behavioral treatment.
Ray is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are striving for.
William Cuddy, MSW (Master of Social Work)
Bill is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and provides substance abuse evaluations and treatment services at Family Resource Associates. Bill also coordinates the intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program as well as our newly formed alumni program which provides the recovering individual a support network long into their future.
Bill's background in substance abuse treatment is extensive and diverse, amounting to over twenty years of professional experience. Bill fully understands and incorporates the twelve-step principles into treatment as well as his own unique style.
Bill has a keen awareness and understanding of each individual's needs and special circumstances.
Renee Strainge, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Renee is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over twenty years in the field of mental health. Prior to her education and licensing as a marriage and family therapist, Renee was a school psychologist who tested children in the City of Bridgeport school system.
Renee is an approved field supervisor for the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist (AAMFT) and provides direct supervision of graduate student interns in marriage and family therapy at our facility.
Renee is also an adjunct instructor at the Fairfield University Graduate School program in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Theddeus Iheanacho, M.D. (Pyschiatric Consultant)
Dr. Theddeus Iheanacho is an Assistant Professor at Yale University and Medical Director of the CTI/HUD-VASH Program at the Errera Community Care Center, Yale-VA Connecticut Healthcare System. He graduated from Abia State University College of Medicine, Uturu, Nigeria. After completing one year of internship and three years of volunteer medical work, he traveled to Dublin, Ireland where he completed four years of psychiatry training before coming to the United States. Dr. Iheanacho completed his psychiatry residency training at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, New York, and Addiction Fellowship training at Yale University.
Special interests including substance use disorders, service development, health care access and mental health care in developing countries.

Welcoming your inquiries as you call or visit Family Resource Associates, LLC ("FRA") are Claudia Rojas-Devorak and Deborah "Debbie" White. These caring, enthusiastic, resourceful and knowledgeable women aid our client population in:
- responding to any questions you may have;
- matching clients with an appropriate Agency clinician;
- arranging appointments for evaluations and therapy sessions;
- helping you to navigate your insurance needs as you utilize suitable treatment programs at FRA; and
- meeting the clerical reporting needs of the FRA clientele.
Claudia has been the Assistant Office Manager at Family Resource Associates, LLC ("FRA") since 2007. Her career path prior to FRA includes Administrative Assistant duties with JP Morgan Chase in New York City; and, a most valuable role as a domestic engineer (a/k/a "Mother") coordinating the needs of her family household.
Deborah "Debbie" White
Debbie has served as Office Manager at Family Resource Associates, LLC ("FRA") since 2009. She has had several administrative roles in her Connecticut career including the law firm of Payne Morehouse Shafer & Harlow; the law offices of Brody and Ober, PC; the Corporate Legal Department of General Electric Company; and the Department of Nursing at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Deb is a former Coordinator of The Cathedral Singers of Bridgeport, part of the Music Ministry at St. Augustine's Cathedral, Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Due to the wide assortment of health insurance companies that cover mental health services, Family Resource Associates, LLC maintains a network of Psychiatrists with whom the Agency works in order to accommodate almost every health plan.
