Executive Director, Family Resource Associates
Kate earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University, her Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University (with a Social Work/Law specialization), and her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Psychology from William James College. She spent fifteen years as Chief of Residential and Treatment Services at a Massachusetts residential program serving boys with complex trauma; she has held clinical roles including juvenile court clinician, outpatient therapist with adolescents and adults, and was a Cornell University consultant specializing in the evidence-based CARE model. Since 2021, Kate has focused on growing both the Connecticut and Massachusetts practices to ensure quality, accessible outpatient mental health counseling for those in need. She currently focuses her work with adults who have grief and complex trauma, as well as couples therapy. Kate prides herself on developing meaningful therapeutic relationships filled with compassion and honesty.

Kizzy earned her Bachelor's degree and Master's in Social Work degree from Springfield College. She fell in love with co-occurring treatment during her clinical internship and believes there is always an opportunity for individuals to redeem themselves with the right tools and support. In her free time, Kizzy enjoys her family, fellowshipping with her church, and serving those in need.

Danielle earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven. She specializes in anxiety and mood disorders, often using CBT, DBT, and humanistic approaches to support clients in making change. Previously a Lead Residential Counselor at a domestic violence safe house, Danielle creates an inviting and inclusive environment with genuine warmth and humor. She enjoys reading, stand-up comedy, and musical theater.

Liana is passionate about helping clients identify where they're stuck and developing new approaches to guide them toward more fulfilling lives. Liana enjoys being active, baking, and time with her family and two cats.
